In honor of the Third Generation of Melo University, the graduation of its In–House program developed through the food division of Grupo Melo took place on January 24, 2023.
From July 26 to December 6, 2022, 14 students were trained for 89 hours distributed in 13 modules, where they managed to develop competencies, skills and attitudes, to perfect their specific functions within the company and contribute to the company achieving his vision of the future.
During the event, the graduates received, from the hands of our CEO, Mr. Arturo Melo K., the diploma that accredits them as collaborators with a high degree of belonging and knowledge of the business.
In the Melo Foods Division we will continue to provide this program, thus generating a positive impact on our collaborators.
