On Thursday, October 6, the integration workshop called Together We Are Stronger was held at the Summit Rainforest Hotel & Golf Resort, with the slogan #Unstoppable , thus concluding the integration period that began in 2019, aimed at the group of merchandisers from both divisions (Value Added and Poultry Packing) which sought to highlight all the value of Teamwork.
The Dynamite Training company whose leader is Tarek Saker, who in turn was the coach in charge of said activity. There was also the participation of all the leaders of the Merchandising team, and the valuable Human Resources department, as well as the management of both divisions, who contributed and/or bet on their team, according to the strategies, prior logistical planning. , methodologies, budget and combined with the knowledge of the Coach.
It is interesting that everything was structured, since all the teams needed basic elements such as leadership, coordination, organization and communication, in order to move each of the participants to the goal, the same elements that we must have in the workplace. to carry out the functions.
The values, mission, business vision and departmental strategic plans were reaffirmed. As the day progressed and in the development of the activities, the abilities, skills and knowledge of each member emerged to achieve success in each test, the talents that until hours before the Workshop were hidden are also demonstrated and evident.
With this exercise, it is reaffirmed with facts that, although scientifically the Pandemic, the Health Crisis, the Economy and all its derivatives that have impacted the World have not yet been reactivated and energized at the same pace, we have managed together to build a reengineering and take advantage of a crisis, a great opportunity.
