Molipollo and Paprika Meatballs

  • 1 tube of Molipollo
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon of fine herbs
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can of small canned peppers
  • 1 Melo Egg
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of oil
  • Salt to taste

Step by Step:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray. Remove the Molipollo from the packaging and place it in a bowl. Chop the peppers into small cubes. Add the peppers and other ingredients to the bowl and mix until everything is well incorporated.  

Step 2: With the help of your two hands, make approximately one-inch balls and place them on the baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes, or until meatballs are golden brown and cooked through. Serve and sprinkle parsley to taste.
