STEP 1: Chop the New Corn Bun into coins.
STEP 2: In a pot or pan, melt the butter, add the bun, sauté and cook. Once the bun changes color and has a softer texture, add the mozzarella cheese and cover for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 3: Once the cheese is melted, add the crumbled national cheese, parsley, and a touch of salt and pepper. Complement it with sautéed Tasajo.
