Bolognese Pasta with Chicken Sausages

  • 1 package of Melo Chicken Sausages
  • 1 small can of tomato
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • oregano
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • Parmesan
  • Long or short pasta (to taste)

Preparation mode

Step 1

In a pot, heat the olive oil and add the finely chopped onion and garlic until the onion is transparent.

Step 2

Add the Melo Chicken Breast Sausages until golden brown and then the previously blended tomato. Lower the heat and let it cook, covered, for about 15 minutes. Add the oregano and salt to taste.

Step 3

In a pot with boiling water, place the pasta and leave for 7-11 minutes. After time, drain and add to the sauce.
Serve with parmesan cheese.
